Her life’s mission is to restore the family structure, empower communities, and build generational legacy through compassion, strategy, and healing-centered leadership.

Shannikia Wilks serves as the Vice President of Power To Provide Inc. and brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in caring for individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. As a devoted mother of one, Shannikia leads with compassion, integrity, and a heart for service. Her commitment to advocacy and support for vulnerable communities aligns deeply with the mission of Power To Provide, as she continues to uplift families through empathy, experience, and unwavering dedication.

Shanice Muldrew serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of Power To Provide Inc. and is a dedicated mother of one with a growing passion for entrepreneurship. With a background in data entry and administrative support, Shanice brings attention to detail, organization, and heart to the mission. She is currently building a home-based bakery business, blending her creativity and commitment to community with every step. Her role supports the foundation’s growth both behind the scenes and within the hearts of those we serve.

Erica Muldrew is a Board Member of Power To Provide Inc., known for her warm personality, love for people, and natural ability to connect with others. As a true social butterfly with a heart to serve, Erica brings enthusiasm and community spirit to every room she enters. She is currently pursuing her passion in the beauty industry. With a long-term goal of owning her own beauty salon, her passion for growth and people makes her a valuable voice in the mission to empower and restore families.
